Pleasant hotel, extremely friendly staff, excellent location close to the cathedral where locals seem to meet dressed up in Christmas gear-24th of December felt like a Christmas themed street party. Plenty of meals for breakfast, including coffee, tea and bread. Location close to the centre of the old town, popular tourist spots, restaurants/cafés and souvenir shops and the skyline. Beds were a little hard.

Very central location, at a moderate distance from a shopping mall. Very big bed in double room with a private safe, air conditioner and a mini bar.

The room we booked was modern with a SENSATIONAL breakfast. The bed was good, great night sleep. The staff were pretty friendly, you should know it. The location was marvellous for walking around a majestic church.

We had a fantastic stay at Golden Moon Suite. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, from arranging airport transfers to helping us find a pharmacy. The beds were super comfortable, and the separate bathroom was a nice touch. The breakfast had a great selection, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Hanoi.

The breakfast was extensive and delicious with a nice view and pancake, as for instance, worth the price. The staff helped us with places to eat.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of a vibrant city and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. the location was absolutely fantastic, placing me right in the center of all the bustling markets and attractions. I could easily explore the city on foot and there were plenty of restaurants nearby to satisfy my hunger.

Great location in the heart of all the action! Perfect for exploring the city and taking a break from sightseeing in the mid-afternoon. The breakfast was amazing with a beautiful fruit buffet and eggs cooked to order. Loved having breakfast on the top floor with a view of the city. The staff was superb and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

The hotel offered a taxi to the airport, but it was expensive. We agreed to pay it, but the taxi was late, which caused some stress for us before our flight.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel located in the heart of the old quarter. We enjoyed the nice complementary chocolates and welcome drinks which were a nice touch. the hotel was located in a central area close to all attractions, which made it easy to get around. the room had a great view, and we really enjoyed watching the fireworks on New Year's Eve from our balcony, it was really amazing.

This hotel was more than comfy, with an amazing bed and super soft sheets. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean, providing all the basic amenities you need. The location was superb, within 10 minutes from Central Hanoi and 5 minutes from the lake and other beautiful places. It was ideal for exploring the Old Quarter of Hanoi and being on a bis with the party cruisers. The breakfast was delicious, with quality food to get your day started, and it was nice to eat overlooking the surrounding area.
